Narix Labs exists because of a simple observation: AI-native workflows let a small senior team ship what used to take a department. We kept the team small, the seniority high, and passed the speed on to our clients.
The story
Why we started Narix
Software agencies have a structural problem: they bill for time, so speed works against them. Founders feel it as three-month discovery phases, padded teams, and invoices that grow while the product doesn't.
AI-native development broke that trade-off. A senior engineer with modern AI tooling ships multiples faster — but only if the humans in the loop have the judgment to steer it. So we built a studio around exactly that combination: small senior teams, AI leverage everywhere it helps, human review everywhere it matters.
